The session begins with a short discussion to align and personalise the massage to your expectations. Performed with care and attentiveness, the Lifenergy Massage is carried out from head to toe, both dorsal and ventral sides.
My expert hands, sometimes accompanied by forearms, use enveloping, firmer or lighter movements to respond accurately to whatever your body expresses.
Emphasis is placed on connection and me being fully present throughout the session, creating a space where you can fully inhabit your body and deeply relax.
This grounding technique allows you to reconnect with the earth and your body when your mind and thoughts tend to take over. At the end of the session, the harmonization ensures that the received treatment is gently integrated.
Unless specified otherwise by you, the massage takes place in your underwear. Soft music accompanies this moment, creating an atmosphere conducive to relaxation and helping you to let go. The use of warm organic vegetable oil adds a nourishing dimension to this sensory experience.
